On the left is a knob that says: REGULATOR
The choices are: VR 15A. MAX. and CR GEN. 80A.
On the right is a knob that says: SELECTOR
The choices are AMPS and VOLTS
The meter says: D.C. VOLT AMMETER
The top line of the gauge says VOLTS and the numbers go from 0 to 16 with major marked increments of 2 with hash marks between increments.
To the left of O it says CUTOUT
The lower line of the gauge says AMPS and the numbers go from 0 to 80 with major marked increments of 10 with hash marks between increments.
On the back, on the left it says AMMETER and there is a black and red wire with alligator clips at the end.
On the right it says VOLTMETER and the white double wire has 2 alligator clips on the end.
It says MODEL No. 401 and the serial number.
It has a metal carrying handle.
There are a few scratches and they could use a better cleaning, especially the cords.
