This item is a wall adapter Class 2 made by AULT INC. part number P48-150600-A10C. They are rated 120Vac 60Hz input and 15Vdc 600Ma output with UL & CSA markings. The output is provided via a 6 ft cable with a right angle power jack at the end and the positive in the centre. The adapter is new, never used, and is in the original box. I have 10 pieces for selling.
