Here is an HD Electric Company High Voltage Test Set. Commonly called "phasing sticks", the main advantage of this pair is the meter, which reads kilovolts directly.
If you are viewing this item, you probably know how to use it. It is being sold complete, with a leaflet type manual, all accessories and a carrying case. Everything is in excellent condition with the exception of the interior of the case, which was foam padding that has been removed.
