If you are looking at this, I am sure you know what these parts regularly cost - and I am sure you know what a great deal this is.
Although the components being sold are BRAND NEW, the reels and/or tubes may sealed, opened, or partial. As an example, if we are selling 500 transistors, the reel may have had 4000 when sealed, but at the end of a production run there may have only been 500 new transistors left on that reel - hence a partial.
