Fairchild 2N697 NPN Audio AMP, SW Transistors
The transistors are factory marked: F, 697-5 and were from Honeywell-Bull in the 1970's. They were used in their stereo equipment of that time. The NTE equivalent is #123. The leads are gold plated and they are in a TO-39 plastic package.
