Purchased from an MRO inventory, and doesn't look as if it's ever been slid into a panel and used, but I can't be certain. No box or instructions.
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
