Agilent / HP E5250A /001 Low Leakage Mainframe w/ 10 x 12 Matrix Switch
The Agilent E5250A low-leakage switch mainframe expands a single measurement station, such as the Agilent 4155B or 4156B, to an automated measurement system. Plug-in modules can be configured either as a cross-point matrix for general parametric measurements or as a multiplexer for long-term reliability measurements. The mainframe can hold up to 4 cards
When configured as a 24 (8 x 3) Channel Multiplexer, the E5250A is ideal for long term reliability measurements with its 384 channel capability and advanced features typically found only on large, more costly input devices. This allows inexpensive power supplies to be used for consistent stressing.
The large number of channels and low-cost stress sources allow efficient testing of hundreds of devices in parallel, saving cost and time and achieving accurate, consistent results.

The tool was set up for CV/IV measurements and besides the 4156B and the 12000 series prober it includes an Agilent 4284A /001/006, E5250A Low-leakage Switch Mainframe with E5252A 10x12 Matrix switch and a Temptronics TPO3000A-2300 with a Triaxial chuck along with all the accessories to immediately put the system back into service as it was original configured by the OEM. A complete list of serial numbers and accessories is available upon request. I am willing to sell the 4156B by itself or with the associated items I have available. .

Besides the 10x12 matrix switch Agilent offers a E5255A 24 (8 x 3) Channel Multiplexer Card and up-to 4 E5250A mainframes can be ganged toghther.
