The Site Master is a hand held SWR/RL (standing wave ratio/return loss), and Distance-To- Fault (DTF) measurement instrument that includes a built-in synthesized signal source. All models include a keypad to enter data and a liquid crystal display (LCD) to provide graphic indications of SWR or RL over the selected frequency range and selected distance. The Site Master is capable of up to 2.5 hours of continuous operation from a fully charged field-replaceable battery and can be operated from a 12.5 dc source. Built-in energy conservation features can be used to extend battery life over an eight-hour work day.
Covering the 25 MHz to 4000 MHz frequency band, the Site Master S332C is designed to accurately locate and identify RF cable feed-line and antenna system faults. It is ideally suited for any experience level user in commissioning and maintenance of today's wireless systems infrastructures including VHF, broadcasting, paging, cellular, PCS/GSM, ISM, and WLL applications.
The S332C features spectrum analysis capability in addition to return loss/SWR, cable loss and distance-to-fault measurements, allowing field engineers and technicians the ability to easily identify and solve RF system problems such as coverage, interference, and other path related signal problems. S332C spectrum analysis ranges from 100 kHz to 3 GHz.

1. On-Frequency Interference Immunity is specified to within ±10 kHz of the carrier frequency.
2. On-Channel Interference Immunity is specified at >1 MHz of the carrier frequency.
3. In most field applications, Immunity is typically better because interfering signals are modulated and varying in frequency rather than CW. Measurements were made in CW mode by injecting a signal into the Site Master through a coupler.
4. All Anritsu Site Master models include Return Loss, SWR, Cable Loss, and Distance-To-Fault.
