We actually have two of these that appear to be identical, This one does NOT have a model info tag. Therefore I copied the information from the one that did have a model tag. That one is item #200013392464.

Don't let this cheap price make you think these motors are junk. We do NOT believe they are junk. They were "Take Outs" from a Dallas Hospital when remodelling 4 years ago. We bought them strictly for Surplus Sales!
