KBG type Paper in Oil capacitors are made in Russia for military, they offer extremely good sonic characteristics. The capacitor comes from a Russian military surplus. Electrically capacitors test very nice, cosmetically they look a bit worn, we tested about 20 out of a large batch, all test the same and hold the charge very well. The capacitors were evidently prepared for some application as they have resistor soldered across the leads and pieces of wire soldered as you can view in the picture.
