Model 59594 is the blue colored unit
The thermal sensor lead is 44" long
The two heater element leads are 36" and 48" long
Model 59594A is the black colored unit
The heat elements on both models are all 100 Watts
Both models have the same Watlow Controller - Model 935A-1CC0-000R
Both controllers are extremely clean
