Five Small N/O Push Button switches. Normally open contacts close when the black button is pressed and open upon release. Hole size looks to be 5/32" There is no rating on the switch These were originally intended for use in car alarm and remote start systems. I would assume a 2 amp rating but you be the judge 6 foot long leads.
