This item is a X-Band (10.525GHz) Transceiver made by C&K Systems. It has the GUNN diode cavity oscillator, a Schottky mixer/detector diode and a horn antenna abput 1" long. It is to be powered from +8 to 10Vdc (the protection diodes are already installed) and is ideal for Radar Speed Measurements or intrusion sensors. It has a small wire harnes with a socket connector. The black wire is the negative (GND), the red wire is the GUNN diode bias (positive) and the blue wire is the mixer output. There are also 2 spacers with screws for mounting.
