Red LED 3 & 1/2 digits (1999). You can jumper decimal point where ever for you scaling purposes. Meter will accept 199.9millivolts & display 1999. You set decimal point to XXX.X and 199.9 (MV) is displayed. One MV = 001.0. Directions included, runs on 5 vdc. Phoenix type pluggable connector for 5vdc power & another for input (signal). Large 0.8" digits ( 7 segment). 1/8 Din, 1000 megaohm input impedance. 1.77" x 3.62" depth behind panel 1.38" including connectors. Bye....
