We just bought out a long time Phoenix surplus electronics distributor. All of these parts are absolutely "as new",
most are aerospace quality, and most are leading traditional American brands. The bulk of the items are unused
production overstock. Offered items are not ROHS compatible or compliant.
These older RFE pulls consist of back-to-back silicon controlled rectifiers rated at 100 amps and 240 volts ac. They
are marked Silicon Power Cube M10042. These are believed identical to current production Cynergy Crydom
series M50 part number 10042 that sell in the Allied Radio catalog for nearly $50 each.
Module measures 1 x 1-3/4 x 21/4 inches. Circuit consists of two back-to-back silicon controlled rectifiers.
The gate G1 on the first SCR references to commmon terminal pair AC1. The gate G2 on the second SCR
references to common terminal pair AC2. There is apparently a 20 Ohm resistor between gate and its
reference terminal. Heatsink isolation is 2500 volts minimum.
Make sure your SCR gate drive references the proper main terminal!
Maximum gate current to trigger is 150 ma. Max gate voltage to trigger is 3. Modules withstand 1500 amp
non repetitive transient currents.
Untested but guaranteed usable. These are apparently older RFE pulls. They may include storage and use
cosmetics. Terminals are reasonably bright and clean. All modules plainly marked.
