Indexer and Single Axis Stepping Motor
The function of this indexer includes returning to home, index feed, scan feed and jog feed. The Accel/Decel profile can be set either sinusoidal or trapezoidal.
All the motor control data for operation can be set by the on-board digit-switches. These are two index channels with independent slew speed built in. By adding index expansion units such as SNC-101A or SNC-102A, the total of 16 index channels can be executed by single SNC-100A indexer.
SNC-101A and SNC-102A are available as options. One SNC-101A unit can add two additional index channels. Total of seven SNC-101A can be daisy chained to a SNC-100A to expand up to total of 16 index channels. SNC-102A allows the user provided switch matrix of 4 index channels per unit. Four SNC-102 A can be daisy chained to SNC-100A to expand tototal of 16 channels. Therefor, one 100-SNCA can be used with either SNC-101A or with SNC-102A to have total of 16 index channels.
