This item is an ENI model 500LA RF Power Amplifier. This is similar to the ENI 500L but has a slightly wider frequency range. The frequency range of this model is 1.5 MHz to 520 MHz, with a nominal gain of 27 dB. Input and output connectors are BNC female. The serial number of this unit is 283. This unit is fully tested and working. Here are the results of our testing:
* Gain @ 10 MHz with -30dBm input = 26.9 dB
* Gain @ 250 MHz with -30dBm input = 26.7 dB
* Gain @ 500 MHz with -30dBm input = 27.0 dB
* 1dB comp @ 250 MHz = 0 dBm input
* 2nd Harmonic @ 250 MHz @ +26 dBm out = -30 dBc
* 2nd Harmonic @ 250 MHz @ +16 dBm out = -42 dBc
* -3dB High Frequency rolloff = 580 MHz
* Input return loss @ 250 MHz = -26 dB
* Output return loss @ 250 MHz = -20 dB
This unit is used and is in very good condition. It has been fully tested as described in the above specs and will be sold guaranteed against DOA.
