The SEMI E84 standard as outlined provides the scope for which the optical PI/O sensors must comply as it relates to the communications associated with material handoff operations. As a global leader in optical PI/O solutions, Hokuyo provides key products with their DMS and DMG series.
8-bit optical transceiver that include DMS-HB1-V and DMS-HB1-Z versions
Extends parallel I/O communications associated with the material
handoff operations between active and passive equipment
Status Indicator LEDs for Input, Output, Go signals and Power
Units equipped with 2-meter, 5-meter or custom cable assembly lengths.
Units equipped with 25-pin D-sub connector wired to SEMI E84 pin assignments.
Standard Units without 25-pin D-sub (used for customized assembly),
Complete Assembly with 2-meter cable and 25-pin D-sub connector, and
Complete Assembly with 5-meter cable and 25-pin D-sub connector.

1 - Non-Functional Items: If the item you have received is defective, you can contact us within the warranty period. Defective item will be replaced if available, if not available a refund will be issued.
No walk-in return service provided.
In some occasions we accept returned merchandise with a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price with tracking number.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. Serial numbers are recorded.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after RMA has been issued in original packaging with packing slip.
When you contact us you need to provide support for your claim:
Computer component will not function:
Will require a diagnostic report or we need you to specify the problems you are experiencing.
Give description of the item you have received.
Will require photos of damages.
Describe the way received merchandise functions in comparison to how it should work.
Returns will be DENIED if any of the following apply:
You had item for 30 days or more or we have not received it within 14 days of RMA issue.
You didn't know of used condition, missing items not seen the the photo or incompatibility.
Needs items which were not included:
Batteries, AC Adapters, manuals, passwords, software or additional components needed for operation.
Marked, scratched or not as new.
Notify us with photos and we will contact the carrier and file a claim. See Policy #3.
4 - Freight Damages: If package arrives damaged, accept delivery and take photos of damaged area, then contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. Refunds will be available after carriers reimbursement.
We do not claim responsibility in events of the example RMA situations below:
- For any losses in the mail while returning the DOA merchandise, we require proper tracking.
- If the returned merchandise is not properly packed and insured and is damaged during RMA return.
- When returns have signs of abuse or signs unit was disassembled. These items will be refused.
