(HIGH-BETA (200-320), TO220), NOSNew, unused, unpackaged, TO220 steel tabs. Proprietary-marked (e.g. "8132") but sample-tested in commercial equipment. From my sampling tests and actual circuit experiences, these are: 40W, 5A, 85V, 520 KHz, and dynamic AC beta 200-320 (tested using a B&K Model 161 transistor tester; DC beta or Hfe is about 43% higher than AC beta). PNP transistors have just about as many uses as NPN transistors, but are especially useful for grounded load outputs, and of course used in push-pull and complementary circuits. Perfect for the hobbyist, experimenter, repair technician or business, especially if you don't like your devices easily reverse-engineered. Great for many general applications, including audio applications well into the ultrasonic / sonar range - and their very high dynamic betas often make a big difference in circuit designs.
