Utilizing a patented "molecular bonding" process between the fabric and stiffener inserts, Thermic Weld® bellows covers have no stitch holes, seams or breaks, providing maximum sealing capabilities and greater fatigue life than sewn bellows. Thermic Weld® bellows are crisp, uniform, and consistent, and look good, even in long travel applications.
Cover material is one piece with no seams, stitch-holes, or other breaks.
Folds are formed using the Thermic-Weld® process creating a long lasting, high quality appearance
The flange is integrally joined with the bellow, eliminating the need for mounting hardware - this cover has 3M Velcro on each end for attaching
Cover constricts to 1 1/4" and expands to 12 inches and has a clearance diameter of 1 5/16" (1.312") and measures 3 3/8" wide x 2 1/2" High.
