I believe this item is new, but because I'm not sure, I'm listing it as used
This has 4 outputs, but the output modules are not included. I'm pretty sure you can use standard Opto-22 style modules

The photo below shows the compatible output modules. I think the "EC-" prefix is probably just added to make them Electro Cam part numbers
In the picture below, you can see that there is a part number written on one side. I believe this was the OEM's part number as a replacement part
