This is the very popular NPN & PNP Complementary SMT Transistor Design Kit #4. It includes the very popular complemetary SMT Transistor set of the MMBT2222A (NPN) and the MMBT2907A (PNP). These are the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) versions of the very popular leaded transistors, 2N2222A and 2N2907A. These SMT Transistors are used everywhere! They are rated for 600 milliamps and are good for up to 200MHz.
This kit also includes plenty of SMT Resistors, SMT Aluminum, Ceramic & Tantalum Capacitors, SMT Voltage Regulators, SMT Inductors, SMT Signal & Zener Diodes, SMT Crystals & Clock Oscillators, SMT Potentiometers, SMT LEDs, a Speaker, and some Electronic Hardware for your I/O interface.
