Mini mylar speaker experiment pack of 4
These are some neat little mylar speakers that I came across in my travels so I picked some extra ones up just in case anyone out there likes little speakers as much as I do!
These new units were manufactured by Phillips Sound solutions and bear the part number 2(***) 258 13022. I cant find the datasheet for them but I can tell you what I know about them so far.The price listed is for 4 speakers.
They are about 30mm across and 6mm high (excluding the rubber bumper pad in back)
They measure 7.7 ohms resistance so I am guessing that they are 8 Ohms or so impeadance.
They have gold spring contacts so I am guessing that they were intended for use in something that could be taken apart for service such as PDAs, Laptops, Cell Phones or other small devices.
These have stickey tape on the front, and if you cut the 2 plastic pins off they will easily mount to any surface.
