Converts a +3V to +18V input to a corresponding -3V to -18V output using only two low cost capacitors. 40 mA output current. Get the voltages you need to power OpAmps, LCD's, and other parts from low-cell-count battery sources.

Can obtain the following functions (see data sheet):
VOLTAGE DOUBLER provides twice the input voltage
SPLITTING a supply in 2 halves: Positive and negative rails
VOLTAGE INVERTER provides an equal and negative voltage to the input voltage
PARALLELLING of devices increases output current beyond 40 mA
CASCADING devices multiplies output voltage.
