4.5" abb bimetal thermometer 6" stem 0 - 120ºc & t well
This is an unused industrial surplus liquid thermometer which comes in its orginal packaging and has a Asea Brown Boveri / ABB #s of 167-272-01 // 3905C94G01 // 02-01-02 . It has a range of 0 to 120º C and an 6" bimetal stem or sensor with 1/2" NPT connector over which is mounted a brass thermowell which also have a 1/2" thread for mounting. At the bottom of the housing facing down is a recessed male threaded recepticle (see inset) which is 1 1/4" across. The type DAL-082-42 dial is 4 1/2" across, while the housing is 5 1/2" across. There are two (red) range indicators which can be adjusted and one (red) larger indicator hand which has an offset on it which causes it to be pushed by the temperture indicator hand. I presume this is to show the maximum temperature attained between inspections. No manual is included.
