The MOTOMAN UP6 has many benefits including: full 6-axis capability provides high flexibility, floor- wall- and ceiling mounting options, advanced Sigma motors provide powerful and slim design, high reliability- 62,000 hours MTBF, within .003" repeatability, application-specific software, and it is ideal for a wide variety of applications. This dynamic, high-speed robot is compact and requires minimal installation space. It offers superior performance in both welding and non-welding applications. The slim base, waist, and arm design allows the robot to be placed close to workpiece holding fixtures to improve part accessibility. The UP6 features a 1,373mm (54.1") reach and offers the widest work envelope in its class.
The XRC 2001 controller features an award-winning programming pendant design, fast processing, and easy-to-use INFORM II programming language. Up to four robots can be controlled at one time. Advanced robot Motion control provides high performance path accuracy and vibration control. Dynamic acceleration is based on payload, so cycle time is reduced. Programmable acceleration and deceleration eliminates approach points and results in reduced teaching time. XRC 2001 offers standard networks for DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profibus-DP, and Interbus-S for easy connection with an information infrastructure.
