The Model 7008 Direction Finder Simulator/Tester is a microprocessor-based system designed to simulate the display produced by an aircraft in flight on the display panel of a SERVOFLIGHT Model 7050 or Type FA-9964 VHF Direction Finder System. It can be used as a training and proficiency testing tool for training DF system operators or as a tester to verify that a SERVOFLIGHT Model 7050 or Type FA-9964 VHF DF display is functioning normally.
