Cwp model 2RM de-coil wire winding machine 48" dia.
CWP Model 2RM De-Coilling Wire Winding Machine 48" outer diameter 16" coil depth width adjustable to 18".
This unit was used for decoiling coiled materials in a punch press fabrication line. This allowed for continuous feed of coiled stock material. It has a motor so it can also be used to wind up or coil material as well.
(The panel missing in the image above is shown below. We had it off to image the motor.)
The images above and below show the mandrel expansion mechanism and adjusting handle (in the open position). The mandrel diameter can be varied from 11.5 to 17.5 inches diameter.
The cylindrical knob shown above and below is used to adjust the drive tension.
Power comes from a 1/2 hp Baldor single phase 115/2xx volt motor.

Condition looks good used. It runs and the adjustments work. It was originally setup with an end-of-wire or wire-break switch. The arm for this is included but the switch and mechanism that held the arm is missing. This function is not needed for basic operation of the unit.
